Privacy Policy

01. What we collect

• Email address — only if you voluntarily provide it through the extension or get-zero.xyz to receive session reports or product updates.
• Anonymous instance ID (inst_…) — generated locally on your device. It is never tied to your identity unless you provide an email.
• Session analytics events — collected via PostHog. These are anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information.
• Public market price data fetched for display, and simulated trading session data stored locally in your browser.

02. How we use it

• Email: to send the session reports and product updates you explicitly opted into.
• Instance ID: to link session reports to your installation and to track trial status.
• Analytics: to understand which features are used, in aggregate — never individual profiling.

03. Consent model

We only send emails for the types you explicitly consented to — session reports and/or product news. There are no pre-ticked boxes.

You may unsubscribe at any time from any email, or by emailing dev@get-zero.xyz.

04. Third-party services

• Resend (resend.com) — email delivery
• PostHog (posthog.com) — anonymous session analytics
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosting and DNS

ZERØ does not sell, share, or transfer your email address to third parties for advertising or data brokering purposes.

05. Data retention & deletion

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Locally stored simulation data is retained until you clear it or uninstall the extension. To request deletion, contact dev@get-zero.xyz.
